There Finance department is a fraud, having higher msrp and lying to customers, avoid this dealer

Their msrp on new cars is higher than others and they give you a slight discount to act as they are the good people but they are lying to you. Beware of their fraud, prices set by mazda for new cars are honored by all Mazda dealers but Claremont set their own prices, don’t do business here

My car was missing parts that could have caused an accident and I still waiting on my refund 3 weeks later. Will never come back to this location. Bolts that hold my tires on were not there and my oil was still leaking.

Customers are not greeted, receptionists desk is always empty. Car salesmen sit at desks, and ignore you. Salesmen are rude unless you automatically accept their deal. Try to upsell you. I would head to kinder dealers next time.

In my experience, my service advisor lacked friendliness. Wasn't rude, but I'd appreciate more warmth. They attributed my car's problems to an after-market matter and mentioned how they should have charged me for a diagnosis. I told them how the problem was already present before any after market changes were made, but they refused to listen. I went to another dealership and they found a pre-market issue which they fixed and now my car is problem-free. They also left a dirty stain on the internal roof of my car. Car wash was... read more

Stay away from this dealership. The car buying experience I had was amongst the worst. The Sales and Finance experience felt highly unethical and the car delivery experience was poor (protective film unremoved, no sales explanations, loose fuse box cover in engine bay, etc). Go to Tustin Mazda instead (I realize the distance between the dealerships is significant). Tustin Mazda offered one of the best experiences I've had over my 30 years of buying cars.

Got a brand new 2024 suv from them, only for the suv to randomly stall at 1am with 3 malfunction lights come on, one being an engine malfunction. Therefore, not being able to drive the vehicle, I had to pay outta pocket $300 of my own money for it to get towed home, then only for the dealership tell me to I needed to use Mazda roadside assistance to have it towed from my house back to the dealership for inspection. Had an appointment set up on 1/15/24 at 4 pm waited for. 1 hr and I was told by Martin (Advisor) since it late that I have tonleave the overnight and will call me right away for any updates. George (Advisor) needs proper training in regards to dealing with customers he is unprofessional. Let’s leave it at that.
