Three main issues were brought to the dealer's attention. Of those, one appears not to have been resolved, and the other two were definitely no resolved. Aside from a pleasant meeting with service writers and the service manager, nothing much was accomplished at this visit. The vehicle issues persist.

I wish I could give no stars. Every time I'm there, it's something. Will find another GMC dealer

They have a hidden $3,000 fee that they add onto the listed price, so the actual sales price of the vehicle is $3,000 higher then the price listed online. They do not tell you about this fee until you show up there. They will attempt to pass this off as a standard fee.

It was pretty good, but I had to wait three days and they would not give me a loaner car because they said they were two weeks out and I would have to make an appointment. This is not the first time I've had the same scenario happen without a loaner car and waiting and waiting..

Purchased the vehicle and immediately noticed the back brakes squeaking once I got home. I waited a week or so to see if they would stop. Got a service appointment only to be told although they sold the vehicle they cant service it. I complained enough that they took it in the bay for about 15mins to come back and say they couldn't find a problem. The car is now reporting rear brakes needed. Poor customer service! This should have been addressed as friendly as they were in the sales dept.
