Terrible communication! Had a hard time getting Raul to call or text me back. I called in one day to check on status but was told no one could help me because Raul was off and to call back tomorrow. Took ten days for routine maintenance and replace washer fluid pump. I brought my truck in a couple of weeks later and had a similar experience with a different advisor. They all just seem like they don't care.

Was the worst experience with an service advisor ever. Ask for an oil change and cabin air filter. Advisor actually argued with me and told me that i ask for an air filter instead of a cabin filter. This was totally unprofessional. They wanted to charge for the air filter and would also charge for the cabin filter if we still wanted that. Instead of asking how can we make this right, or we're sorry there was a miscommunication and you can keep the air filter, it was more arguing. Mc kenny GMC does a great job with servicing the vehicle, but even with an appointment I'm always delayed. Most of the time it was due to a shortage of service person.wasn't at work ir a "specialist" was backed up on the work or evaluation.

Left rear blinker light not working Waited 31/2 hours and when I got the car back I didn't check light And apparently The technician didn't either . when I turned blicker on still not working Brought back And They said I would have to leave it as soon as they could find me a loaner Been a week And have heard nothing.also ask to speak to a supervisor and was told he would call me The same day Never heard from him.

We were told by another GMC dealership that the current recall on my truck needed the repair but that they didn't have the lift. We bring it to you all and were told we didn't need the repair but then they provided a list of additional repairs needed. I spoke back to the previous dealership and they said we absolutely needed the repair. Why would you all tell us otherwise?

Beware this dealer makes promises they dont keep and does nothing to accommodate out-of-state buyers. Call on Saturday about a vehicle and offered to put down a depositto hold, but was told no need, just call back on Monday.. Rob Miller sent me a text saying pleasure to meet you and will see you on Wednesday.and send pictures and vin of my trade. NO COMMUNICATION!!! My service rep. said he would call me back after I had to call and check on the status of my Yukon. He never called me back and I called up to the service dept. again to speak with him and finally got a hold of him and let him know I only wanted the 3 things fixed that I brought the Yukon in for but the were suggesting another $2000. worth of work based on the mileage.
