Poor communication, took 3 days for an oil change
Had air filter replaced and tech left airbox completely loose which caused engine stalls and throwing codes. They were too busy to run diagnostics next day so I poked around and fixed issue. Went to autozone to reset engine light.
Very bad customer service. The guy was rude
One of your employees add some type of conditioner to my oil change with out telling me was a extra charge I have to pay $66 dollar witch the manager told me he will refund it well he didn't on top of that they didn't put the stiker on my Winshield with dates when my next change of oil have to be.
I recently purchased a vehicle from McKinney Buick GMC and, while there were bright spots in the experience. Ultimately disappointed with the dealership's practices and policies that, in my opinion, fall short of the level of integrity expected from such a reputable brand. Unfortunately, our overall experience was impacted by dealership policies that seem unfocused on customers, integrity, and transparency. A mandatory dealer package was added to the cost of the vehicle with no option to decline
What a joke! Took multiple trips to replicate the issue. Told me they did not want to try and diagnose/repair and I should start a buyback. Didn't document the problem we replicated together in the truck. Told GM customer care there was no issue.
This was the WORST experience I have ever had with dealer service. First they told me that they needed 3 days to diagnose the problem and would not give me a loaner vehicle. Then after 5 days, and no communication, I called to see what was happening. My service adviser was conveniently at lunch and the service manager was also nowhere to be found. They finally called and said that the parts needed to be ordered and would take 3-4 days to come in, "do you want to come and pick it up?" OF COURSE I do... you won't give me a loa... read more
