This was a return visit to diagnose an issue with my drivers seat which was not operational upon vehicle return to me. The service manager was not honest with me on status over the two days there and made disparaging comments about me not being a paying customer when in fact the reason I had the vehicle in the shop was a result to them breaking the seat to begin with.

Dealership did not have the part for repair. Did not offer to attempt to obtain the part.

Took truck in for diagnostics and to fix a noise from inside the passenger door. Dealership was two days behind and offered no loaner car or shuttle. After three days I had to call constantly for an update. After 11 days without my truck I was told what the issues were and paid for them. Upon picking up my vehicle and driving it home, my daughter in the backseat was planting with car parts that were not reinstalled by the technician resulting in me taking the truck back to the dealership to get fixed again. It took 5 weeks to replace my 2022 Denali transmission under warranty, plus 4 missed promised completion dates and 5 non returned phone calls.

Very poor communication getting a answer on your vehicle is impossible. Will not use this service department again am done, 3 bad experiences in a row one of the worst I have dealt with.

Had to wait 1 and a half hours for oil change. They would not take a $20 coupon from General Motors saying you could not use 2 coupons. The coupon stated how the dealer would be reimbursed by GM, so McKinney Buick would not be out for the coupon. Poor customer service to lose a customer over $20. Started reading Yahoo reviews and the number of 1 star reviews was shocking for sales and service. Will not go back.

Can't seem to fix basic trailer brake controller, or transparent camera issues. Ongoing for over a year. 2024, Denali, 3500, dually.

zero stars. This dealership once had outstanding service, and I purchased two vehicles from them. Now I won't go back, and I recommend no one use them. The service department is only interested in padding the bill, not resolving the issues which you came in for. Attempted to get the GM to respond and that was pointless. No one has followed up on my concerns, or offered an apology.
