McKinney Buick did not have my vehicle on Sept 15 so how can I rate this service? I will say their customer service is NOT great. I had a very BIG ISSUE with the car they sold me and I called them several times to sort it out and they always told me they'd call me back but NEVER DID. I had to figure out the issue on the car THEY SOLD ME by myself. The integrity of this specific dealership is poor.

Very professional but once I got home I got an alert that my car had some issues and they were never discussed with me at check out . Then received a call from GM that I needed to make an appointment to have my battery serviced . Why would a battery need serviced when a car doesn't even have 15000 miles on it . I live over an hour from the dealer and no one discussed any issues with my car and my app. says my car has no issues .
1. Service advisor NEVER return calls. 2. Shop fees are $90.00 + Took 13 days to replace Alternator & Battery.
Very poor customer service. They are not honest, in anything they say, so make sure to take note of who you talk too and what is said. It is easier to find another shop that will be honest with you, because they will not.
my van stay there for over four week.for service A/C controller and transmission valve.They're don't provide car for me.i have not car for work while my van service.so A/C control it work ok.but the transmission valve it doesn't solved 100%.some time it happened again.i concern for bring my vehicle back.because i don't have van for work.
Non of the issues were repaired and service manager showed a very dismissive attitude towards the situation and all the obvious issues which were err very safety related to the 2025 sierra 2500 Denali. Issue is escalated now to GM corporate and will be handled on a higher level. I would never take my car for service again to that dealership. Zero stars if I could .
I didn't like how I was charged tolls when I had to come from work to the dealership and back to work to change loaner, rental vehicles, all because of a new engine replacement. This was a GMC problem not my own.

My vehicle has has an issue with the cell phone charger that is built into the console since day 1. This device severely overheats the cell phone to temps that could cause it to catch on fire or explode. Additionally, this charger is tied into the the system that controls the entire vehicle. The dash is getting hot, the screen starts to blink and I am afraid that it will cause further damage to the entire operating system of this vehicle.
