Unbelievably poor customer service! I'm from out of state, so they informed me that they would not finance a vehicle purchase for me but would still sell me a vehicle if I obtained financing from my local bank. I acquired approval from my local bank, their one requirement was to have a copy of the title before wiring the funds for the purchase. The service guy Sam assigned to handle the service work on my truck treated me as if I was not important and I had to call and force him to communicate with me and even then the way he communicated was in a lazy manner, as if I was a burden. He made the process more stressful on me than it should have been. He was working with my warranty company and wouldn't even call them to let ask them to extend the rental car coverage until the last hour of the day when I had to turn it in. They are Robbers, they promised to fix my my arm rest in which David Kelley told them after they was made aware they tore it up but when I told them to fix it and about being charged for a Zak pak tek that I told them not to charge me for they were saying they was going to have David Kelley to give me a call but he has not contacted me at all. The service department really sucks! I came in with my car that had the check engine light on. After a few days and ~$2500 dollars, they said the problem was fixed and they "cleared" the code. In less than three days after that, the light came back on again. I took the car there and this time they told a different story and charged me another ~$1100. Did not fill my fluids which I paid for . . the windshield fluid indicator was on when I brought it there and still on when I left
Could have resolve issues a different way than to trick and lie to their customers… However they did give me a ride home 😀
I took my truck to El Dorado Chevrolet multiple times to get the radio fixed and it never got looked at, I went to McKinney Buick GMC to get looked at and the problem got fixed the next day.
The service advisor was disinterested, unfriendly, and slow. The parts guy was looking at his phone (as were most employees) and a rude jerk. The service was terrible and I will never be back.
I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It was for 8:40. It was 10:45 when I walked out. 2 hours is unacceptable for an oil change. This is not the first time this has happened. They were also like this when I bought my car. Took 5 -6 hours. I have never recommended this dealership.
