Check in at 11:25 this morning for appointment at 11:40. At 12:45 the car still in the parking. I just left. You will receive my bill to pay. My time, like yours, is money!
The price you see is not the price you get. Tried to add $2,200 dealer preparation fee so the 22,800 advertised price became 25,000. When I asked about my trade in, they quoted me 1,000 due to the mileage, 124,000 miles. Sales manager said the owner requires them to wholesale so they weren’t interested in my trade. I received an offer of 5,608 from Caravans. Terrible experience, will NEVER go back.
Terrible communication! No rush to get things done and no desire to help the customer! They kept our vehicle hostage for 2 weeks. An appointment was made and we were never updated. I feel like they are misogynistic towards my wife. I travel a lot and the check engine light came on. I wouldn't have been treated this way if I took the vehicle in. Very disappointed!
This was the worst dealership experience I ever had in trying to just get a simple oil change.
Just bought a used vehicle from McKinney Buick GMC around 2 weeks ago . I took the car to a mechanic due to the issues and he said the struts were bad, I had him fix the struts but when trying to rotate the tires he said all tires had uneven wear on them. I reached out to David Kelly through email due to the vibration issue when driving the car and that on Carfax it showed that McKinney GMC rotated the tires, so basically the knew they sent me out in an unsafe car. They failed to meet every deadline they set. I was told it would take 2 to 3 business days to diagnose my issue. It took eight days. I was told typical turnaround time was 10 days to two weeks to get my vehicle. It took just over three weeks. As they were coming close to finishing up, they told me it would be ready on Friday, and that they would call me if it wasn’t going to be ready. Took 3 weeks to replace a/c compressor. Communication poor. Called throughout the day each week trying to get the status of my vehicle. I will take my business elsewhere.
Unfortunately editing my original review from 3 stars to 1. I would give negative stars if I could. We ended up driving 4 hours back in the middle of the week to return the car we were hoping to purchase after being lied to multiple times. We had agreed to have our local dealership look at and fix issues we were told worked and agreed to pay for the vehicle once it was properly fixed. The service department and service manager are absolutely no help. Calling the service manager is a complete waste of time. When I asked to speak with the general manager he immediately said he wasn't available. My wife and I were on the verge of ordering 2 new vehicle from McKinney GMC and now there is no way. Stay away from these guys.
