I guess the negative reviews are pretty much true. Call it bait and switch, or false advertising...McKinney Buick GMC is guilty. Advertise a used car price for $17800 (+ TTL in the small print), and then want to add a Dealer Prep charge of $2295. This after the sales representative attested that nothing had been done to the vehicle since it had been traded in. Even if there had been something done, the price should be the advertised price. Adding the Dealer Prep charge is just price gouging and false advertising! Stay away!

Scam advertised Car as Certified Preowned - Offered additional warranty to augment CPO - I declined - then they conveniently did not register the CPO with GMC Global warranty. Avoid this dealership

Worst GMC dealership to try to do buisness with. First, they don't let you do purchase with outside financing. Second, the only way they can give GMC factory incentives is if you use THEIR financing. And last but not least third. Their sales managers are beyond arrogant and push when it comes to buying with them directly. Went to this dealership this morning and liked the truck Came back in the afternoon and the manager bumped up the price 3 k additional to the internet price! When asked about the price increase he came back with a discount of $800 I ended up not purchasing this truck cause dishonesty Don’t waste your time going to this dealership

Sales person was good, finance guy too pushy wanting to sale non sence warranties Wanting suspisusly to charge extra thing , watch out for Gabriel montoya!!! Trying to take ur money even if u tell him dont want warranties

Very difficult to work with from the internet director, sales team all the way to the general sales manager. Practically had to beg them to work with me on getting a general number for a trade in. Unfortunately the internet price ISNT the price that they will start discussing. A surprise 3k will get added without warning. Surprisingly I’ve never had this much issue with a dealership than this one. I really hope they don’t treat any other consumers this way. 0 out of 10 would not recommend.

Service in the shop area needs improvement. Two and one half hours for an oil change. The 3% surcharge for credit card use is outrageous. I don’t think I will return.

Was taken advantage of again. Bought tires (Michelin, LTXMS2 ) at McKinney Buick, GMC. They said they are the identical warranty to discount tire of which I have bought nearly 20 sets in my lifetime. Had a blowout, they charged me $50 because they prorated the tire. Every time I have done work at McKinney Buick GMC, I have been nickeled and dimed and sometimes, flat right out taken advantage of. Get your service somewhere else, this is the last time I will use them.

The sales team was great when it came to purchasing a vehicle. My review is for the finance department. Malcolm Todd was rude and became annoyed anytime you have questions about the contract. We talked about warranties, and he told me it could be used all over the U.S. he lied, so thank God I was smart enough to cancel the warranty, which he said could not be canceled.
