I’m extremely pleased with McWilliams. I was concerned my outside unit was struggling in the extreme cold weather. They came out and answered all my questions, concerns and explained how the heat pump worked. Because I had purchased the maintenance plan, there was no charge for coming out. I was so impressed with the technicians (Josh and Shawn) that came and preformed work. The job was neatly done just as discussed, and they reinsulated the line which wasn’t expected. They were cordial, respectful, and professional which was so appreciated. Work was done in a timely fashion and at a fair price. My plans are to ask for the same technicians by name whenever I need plumbing service again. McWilliams is now my official plumber of choice because of this experience

Tristan was very professional and personable. During the inspection, he saw my kitchen sink faucet was loose and tightened it up for us in addition to putting some insulation on my demand hot water heater pipes, which are located outside. I highly recommend!
