Nick was very helpful in helping us with our warranty. Setting up the appointment to get AC checked and fixed was a quick process too! The ladies that answer the phones are always pleasant and work to get questions answered!
We had a houseful of company and our unit was cooling fine, however when the guest left I noticed it was warm, in fact 78 while the unit was set at 74. I realized the outside unit wasn’t operating, and reset breakers, but that did no good. I called McWilliams on a Sunday evening, and Grayson came. It was fortunately a capacitor that went out. Thanks for responding in this hot weather!
Grayson quickly found the problem. a part had to be ordered which slowed things down but that could not be helped. Grayson is a very good technician and i very much appreciated. fast friendly service with excellent results - what more could you want?
