Repeated card number several times.
I cancelled the order since it wasn't gonna arrive on time. The order was still sent. I contacted customer service and I was told I was gonna receive a return label and no restocking fee. Everything sound great but after 2 weeks I haven't receive the label, and they don't answer phone calls, voicemails nor emails. Very disappointed.

Had to enter my info several times trying to get the $20 for the subscription. Still not sure if I got it.
I never received notice that my item was shipped. I contacted the company and no one responded. I kept checking my order status and it said it was being processed, when it was already shipped but I was not aware. It actually shipped right away, but I didn't know it and I had to track down my shipment at my office because it didn't have my name on it and it took a month for me to get it.
