Shipping is very costly, why not USPS for a poster?
A month after making the purchase, I still haven't received the product, not even a tracking number. The good news is that they refunded my money, so I'm giving it one more star for that.
I purchased the kit and received confirmation emails and then they reached out to me and told there was a tech issue with their website and ask me to pay 200% more than what I paid. Otherwise nothing will be shipped out and order will be cancelled.
Your shipping costs are ridiculous
I had to call to get the item shipped to my home office. Not sure why, because I could have ordered it from Amazon with no issue??m
