the only issue is the length of time from ordering to receipt of item ordered,it is apparent that MDD orders devices from others and has no control of availability of ordered items. 3-4 weeks delivery is much too long. suggest that those ordering be informed of approximate delivery time/date

I returned the rollers as they were too big for the basket. I will need to check and see if you have issued credit.
I would not recommend using this company for any reason in the future. The issues i had with my order dealt with the lack of attention to detail and failure to communicate with me during the days it took me to find the missing parts to my shipment. Phone calls and questions were ignored by shipping and sales.
Placed order 09/12/23 and did not receive it until 11/09/23. We use this devise daily and so this was a big convenience. It was stated that our credit card was declined but that was not true and we were not notified when you thought this was the case. On 10/12/23 you resubmitted to send to us but then forgot to take the produce off hold so we did not receive again. I called 11/03/23 and it was taken off HOLD and sent and we received it 11/09/23.
I returned my device almost 2 months ago and I still don't have my refund back... I'm waiting for that

I was billed on Visa card and didn't receive item until 30 days after billing. Your shipping needs improvement.
