Received the machine but it was damaged in shipping and got no response from you what so ever Had to manufacture a part to repair it for it was needed in service asap
It was horrible, no service, no communication
I never received my order. I called numerous times, left numerous messages and no one ever called me back. I tried the online chat to no avail. Same issue there, never got a response to any of my attempts. Finally was able to reach someone via email at which time I requested a refund be sent. After jumping through their hoops to get this done, I finally got my refund check. I refuse to do business with them and would not recommend them to anyone.
When asked to confirm receipt of item - or contact you - I did contact you. No reply at all. This item NEVER GOT HERE.
It seems pretty clear that the departments don't speak to each other, also your website should state which countries you can ship which products to
Initially the customer service was adequate. They contacted me to request a new shipping address because I had listed my home address for shipping and they needed the product to be delivered to a business. After a few weeks, when the product had not arrived, I emailed them to request an estimated delivery date. Customer service indicated that it was on back order.
