I will never order from Medical Device Depot again. It took over 2 months to receive the product I ordered and when I did the box was bashed in. Thankfully, the BP monitor and cuffs were not damaged. There was so much run around as to where it could be delivered and when. Medical equipment is often needed in a timely manner and this certainly was not delivered in a timely manner. It took a very long time for my purchase to be sent and initially they didn't believe I was a business,
This is the 3rd replacement device that we've had to request because the first items were defective and not usable at all, so I wouldn't order from this company again because of the frustration and time-consuming process that is entails each time
Chat was horrid ... never got an answer
Sold us an obsolete part and it took numerous attempts to change order to new part and then numerous calls before it was shipped.
I have called several times, to ask how long it would take to order the Edan Fe fetal monitor, I got 1 email back that did not answer any of the questions I asked
very poor check out had to log in repeatedly and my address for shipment kept returning garbled letters
They do not communicate well and when they do they have limited information. Not sure if it is their fault or if the company as a whole does not provide them with information/resources to do their job better but it's frustrating. I do not order from MDD unless I have to. I also do not bother ordering from them if I need something in a timely manner because it takes 3-4 weeks for anything to arrive.
