i bought an ekg machine from you that was nothing but trouble, then bought new leads from you, and then paid to have machine serviced. never worked right, you did not honor return because I bought before practice opened so did not realize there was an issue until after the 90 day period. Ended up buying another machine (from someone else). I get my sidi supplies from you because of cost, since have that from you and price good, but will never buy any durable equipment from you again
The price on the website was lower than for the same item from you on a Google search.
I did send through an inquiry email 2 weeks ago about a product and postage rates but received no reply.

Had difficulty checking out wanted to use paypal credit but was not showing up as an option. I tried calling but all I got was an answering machine.
It took a long time to ship the item.
I was not able to use AMEX as payment method even when it is advertised by the site
