Could have been packaged better. Too large a box and not padded well enough allowing it to move around too much damaging the product box.
It took way too long to arrive.

My order for the device specified "2nd day air". It was shipped via ground and we did not get it until a week later than requested date. I was told by customer service personnel the extra payment for 2nd day air will be refund. To date I have not receive it yet. My opinion of your service is at the lowest level it can get. What a way to treat a customer, just because I'm just a one timer. I'll will sure "teleafriend"
I order this PFT with printer from your company and after 1 1/2 one of the printer didn't work.

I like the 6 month guarantee. I just (3/17) spent close to $750.00 on my third Blue phantom, the first two are fine the last one...not so good, and CAE blue phantom is NOT WILLING to EXCHANGE new phantom. I am very disappointed.
Why not Pay Pal support even though you mention it on your web site.
