The product that we received has parts that are worn and we are not able to put together the lamp. Very, very disapointed
Would have preferred to know shipping cost before placing order. Also, I was not aware that there were mouth pieces included in the order. If I had known that, I would not have ordered more right away.
Everything was fine, it just took almost a month to get the item I ordered. I was not informed up front that the item was on backorder.
Please do NOT use UPS for delivery. They made only one attempt and then shipped my package to a remote pick-up location. It took the clerk at that location 30 minutes to find my package. Poor UPS service.
Need to return, not a fit for our oximeter
I have sent an email and have received no response. When I was ordering and purchasing responses were very timely, but with an issue it has not been.
i paid for 3 day shipping and the package came 5 days later and when i complained all i get is sorry try refunding my shipping charge if you really care about your customers ps; your battery is over priced
Did not get invoice with my first order and when i asked for it kept getting copy of last order invoice.
SHIPPING IS ALWAYS SO MUCH. NOT HAPPY I CAN'T USE MY UPS ACCOUNT#.
