I need to return my order since it needs a device to run a test. This was not disclosed to us when we ordered the product.
The product page was misleading. I was made to believe that a simple laptop was part of the ECG package that I purchased.

I ordered a 4 pound bar and a 5 pound bar but received two 5 pound bars.
This was my first order I was shipped the wrong filter device and had to pay return shipping besides that I was happy with the services.
I have reached out for a refund, this is not what i ordered.
We purchased a battery for the Save First 9200 and it fit the device but would not stop beeping. I called Cardiac Science and was told that Model was retired in 2011 and that's why your battery will not work in it and that you should not have sold us a battery for that device! I called your customer service and was told I will get an email with instruction for how to return this to you and get a refund. I have not received that email yet. Patty
