shipping costs too high
Item was very poorly packaged; arrived damaged, had to request response twice; now being told I have to send pix of the item plus pix the packaging and then wait for them to forward the pix to the manufacturer, wait for the manufacturer to respond, and then they will finally respond to me.

You can use your own shipping account. Just let us know when you call that you prefer to ship that way. We always look for the least expensive, proven reliable shipping option, on a case by case basis.Also, we had your account on file and refunded your shipping charges.
A little unclear near the end. Updated shipping charges after clicking "Place Order", then it wasn't clear if the order had been placed or not.
there were not specifications on the product in regards to sample sticks. unable to test the product and see it work w.o ordering additional sticks.
