RecommendedGreat times. Was not sure my 5 year old was going to like it. In fact, kept asking the first 30 min if it was over yet. When she went to bathroom with her mother, she asked again if it was over. Mom said no, she said good. Hurry let’s get back. 💯

Went there for a family birthday dinner. It was my grandsons and my birthday. We had not been in a few years so we thought it would be fun. Get there and get our picture taken. Great because we always try to have a family picture on birthday meals. Found out we would have to buy it instead of it being included in package like the web site said. 7 hours before my family's special event, I got a call from Medieval TImes, canceling that night's performance. The didn't have the minimum for the evening "It happens that way sometimes. Sorry". The message was delivered flatly. I did receive a refund, but that hardly makes up for cancelling our special event being canceled;ruined last minute.

I do not know why I keep on returning. This is the last time I ever bring my family there. I also do not know why I keep on filling out these bogus surveys. No one has ever contacted me back regarding my experience. I paid lots of money for the queens package and the service was no different from the third row. For starters, my family of six was given VIP badges that smelled like beer was spilled on them. Poor customer service. went ahead of time to purchase tickets. No one in the show room. employees walk by a offer no help. Buy tickets in advance you have to to the box office.
Went last night with my husband and friends. This place has went downhill slowly past few years and last night made us never want to return. Started with buying tickets, we came for the 7pm showing and no, we did not reserve seats. We arrived at 6:30 and were told all regular seats were sold out and only VIP were available, not a big deal. The lady at the counter told us they had a special which was $38.95 per person and then the upgrade to VIP was another $12 per person and taxes of course. 1 Star! The show was good. The bar service and photo service was the friendliest. The food tasted okay, (dessert was super plain) but.... I got horrible food poisoning where I hardly made it through the end of the show. I sat in their restroom for 15min after. I puked multiple times on my 15 min. drive home and had terrible cramping where I was curled over screaming in pain.
