We have been to most all Medieval shows in other cities. This was the worst. Our server made sure everyone knew he worked for tips, but he was never around. Our VIP 2nd row was the last to get everything compared to the other rows. The place was not even full! And what happened to the apple pasty that the others serve? We received plain pound cake that we could have picked up from Food Lion. The food was not good at all. We have never had a problem with Flordia or Myrtle Beach.

Terrible customer service, I was told the person in charge would call me about my inquiry and I never received a call. Food was uncooked, which resulted in giving my child an upset stomach. I was also given a fake email address because my email bounce back every time I try to send it. NO Contact us option on their web too.

We arrived as a large group of students and chaperones and were NOT told at the entrance that we needed to group together in order to sit together as a family. When we entered I was seated with one of my twins while my other twin who has food allergies was seated 10+seats away from me. My husband was also seated 12+ seats away from us. When I asked for us to be seated together, the server staff refused to allow us to switch seats even though there was a seat right next to me available. The staff were apathetic and rude, an... read more

These “horsemen” need to go to Dallas to learn how to work with their horses. The excessive use of the whip and jerking on the horses’ mouths with the in-hand work is inexcusable. FIND NEW HORSE TRAINERS FOR YOUR BALTIMORE LOCATION! Ruined the show for me. I’m always delighted to go to the Dallas castle EVERY year and watch the show. This is incredibly disappointing to watch.

I have been to two other Castles and the quality of customer service at this location is terrible. Our show was supposed to start at 6:00 and it was almost 6:15 before they even opened the doors for people to be seated. Once seated, our server was not very hospitable and was quite inattentive. He seemed to be in such a hurry to leave for the night that we were not offered coffee at the conclusion of our meal (included in dinner fare), he cleared our table including drinks BEFORE the show was over, and when he went hastening ... read more
