When you pay 12 grand for a used vehicle and wait for more than a week for delivery because they are supposed to be doing a complete mechanical inspection and replacing any bad parts, and then you get a vehicle with broken exhaust pipes that are tied up with an old phone charger cord, something is definitely lacking in their inspection process 🙄
The worst dealership to deal with so we signed paperwork for our cpo cadilac was listed as certified however never was so we signed and suppose to be done in a week also had damage that wasn't listed so had to go to body shop as well and needed another key programed so went to pick it up in a week said was ready show up car hasn't even been cleaned still had garbage from previous owners in it mind you I live over hour and a half drive each way so they haven't even washed it at this point s now I drive home again without the ... read more

By far the worst dealership I’ve ever experienced. My husband bought his truck here and has had nothing but problems with their customer service. When we went to pick up the 80 thousand dollar truck, it was filthy. We should have walked away when the salesman was rude to us.. and highly regret giving them business. They have no idea what they’re doing, they are greedy, and unprofessional. I would trust buying a car from Craigslist more than this dealership.
I went there on 8 /21 /21 hoping to finance a new car and trade mine in they advertise the highest buyback guaranteed but when they go to buy my car they only offer me $1000 which I owe 5800 on my car that would leave 4800 to roll back into the new car and I’ll be paying for a car I don’t even own no more the sales rep then told me the credit was down and he couldn’t pull my credit I told him I didn’t want to do 3000 down and I didn’t want to sell my car for 1000 how ever after I left they pulled my credit which now I have a... read more
DO NOT take your business here!! They'll lie and tell you what you want to hear to reel you in. We told them up front what we were looking for, our price range, and that we'd be paying in cash. We get there and we're NOT greeted by anyone on the lot and ignored by the employees that were. Despite the reassurance that they had something we'd be interested in and within our price range.... they had nothing!!! Don't waste your time or money!!! Unprofessional + lies = Loss of business!!!
Salesman was extremely rude and dismissive, he literally called us kids. He was trying to shove my fiancé and I into a vehicle that was too expensive.
well back at the end of December I purchased a 2013 buick enclave and had had some issues as soon as we got it home. called back to the dealership and discussed how we were going to resolve the problems. there was a broken transmission mount the I got fixed and was told to send copies of the receipts and I would be reimbursed, did that and never got paid. also have a right front headlight out that costs a 1,000 dollars to replace that was out BEFORE we left the dealership and was told we will take care of you. so I agreed to... read more
