If the buyers lender had reviewed the buyers ability to pay the closing costs before closing. Lender called and wanted $2500. on closing day and after the seller, my client, had signed!!!!

Megan and her team were knowledgeable and did great at executing our loan on time however the lack of communication was very frustrating. As first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and didn’t receive information unless we called. Even when we called to get updates, we weren’t given straight answers. Getting notification that we needed to do a repair at 9pm the day before closing due to underwriting "looking over that detail" when the inspections were completed within 3 days of execution of contract was unacceptable.
