We had ro constantly check in on the status of our mortgage and rarely got information. We were told countless times we would get a call back and did not get one. Even when we were signing our paperwork we were told we would be called back and did not receive a phone call. Poor communication and nothing but excuses on why they were not able to make a phone call. I would not wish this experience on anyone.
