We would have liked to receive weekly updates as indicated in the beginning of the process. However, I had to reach out several times with questions, due to not receiving those weekly updates. Also, paperwork should have been reviewed upon receiving versus day of closing. Significant changes should have been noted before closing day, not after we signed closing documents.

There was nearly zero communication from the entire team. My husband and I reached out all the time for updates with either promises for returned calls/ answers or no answers at all. We were told over and over it was because of an influx of loans, to which I understood. However, the lack of communication for months was incredibly frustrating. We were asked to get documents within 48 hours to them and then no word for over 1 month. Though we received a good rate, I would not do this again.

Started off great, then we were left wondering what was going on. No phone calls, advice or anything. I don’t need my hand to be held but communication was lacking.
