Communication was bad. We were not explained why we were needing to give documentation for things. For example we were never explained the debt ratio situation until after we closed and still were not funded. We rec'd calls from 3rd parties asking for financial information that the team did no tell us about so we kept hanging up on them thinking it was a scam. One person in office would ask us for documents and an other would say they weren't necessary. Seem very disorganized to me and I was very frustrated.

Better communication and explanations from Megans team. Do not email forms to sign without explanation of what they are. Better communication between the team members. They should all be on the same page. We had no problem with Megan herself.

We felt like a burden. We are not mortgage experts, so we counted on this team to assist us. We felt that when we asked questions or ran into problems it was an annoyance. We wanted to put a certain amount down, and they didn't follow our wishes. I specifically marked NOT to share our pre approval amount with the realtor, and she was included in the email. It just seemed that everyone involved treated us as a side note in the transaction- just another file or number.
