The food was quite good. The drinks not so much. 95% ice. For $10.95 for a drink to get 1 inch of liquid was a complete rip off. Needless to say I only ordered 1 and most likely WILL NOT go back.
The service was excellent the variety of food was great, as well. The meal was excellent except for some of the beef pieces were a little tough for one who wears dentures. The atmosphere was wonderful.

Taylor was our waiter and gave exceptional service. He made our selection simple and knew exactly what we needed. Great meal great service. All the way from the hostess greeting to us leaving. It there were ten stars I would award the melting pot staff with ten. Thank you. Great great great service and food.
We come here for Valentine’s Day every year and we love it. Good quality food and great service. It’s a bit pricey, but it’s worth it.
While expensive, it was a fantastic Valentine's treat for our family! They DO have a kids menu for the entrees (but just the entrees, kids are just a person/serving of cheese and/or chocolate, though they let us order fewer than we had at the table), which was exceedingly helpful! Our server was amazing, and every server we met was on top of their game and happy to help.
Was really amazing except the restaurant was very very very humid and felt sticky. Being dressed nice made it very unpleasant. But everyone there was amazing and made up for it
