We have dined at The Melting Pot numerous times, and love visiting again for special occasions. Unfortunately, at this visit my husband became sick, and was not able to continue eating. The waiter was very accommodating, bringing us a bill for what had been served, and no guilt for having to leave early. We'll be back for sure, and hopefully everyone is feeling well!
We have always enjoyed our visits to the Melting Pot. The food is wonderful, the service is really good. The consistency is what we really enjoy that along with the amazing Chocolate at the end to top it all off!
It was our first time at the Melting Pot and we weren’t really sure what to expect. The service was great and the food was delicious, but what stood out to us the most was how the food was presented and cooked. It was a very unique and amazing experience. We will definitely come back to the Melting Pot!

We enjoyed another memorable birthday at The Melting Pot! Always great food and a low key, no stress evening! Since we were there last, changes have been made that the cheese and desert comes out to the table mostly prepared. While the final touches are still done at the table, it was more “fun” watching everything go in the pot.

Amazing service. We went to the melting pot for our Anniversary and we has a blast. Eric was an awesome server and had great recommendations. We will definitely be back.
I wasn’t too happy with it this go around. It’s quite pricey and the chicken was chewy and the service was not great to say the least. It was disappointing.
We’ve been wanting to try the Melting Pot for years but it was always too much money for us to justify going. We saved up and finally went for my birthday. It was a disappointment. Way too expensive for the quality and quantity of food and the server left us for too long. My coworkers said they are glad I tried it so they didn’t waste their own money.
I’m so sad to give an unhappy review. Our cheese dip was cold. They did say there was a burner issue- but the table next to us (sat down after us and got their food before us) their cheese sauce was perfect. Our would not stick to the veggies because it was cold. Then our main course came…. Well mine did. After about 10 mins (and half way through my meal) I asked the server where my sister’s meats were. “Omg, they didn’t bring them?!” And the worst part- the meat was horrible. Very grizzly and dry . I would and would not recommend Melting Pot. If you go there and expect to spend over $300 (party of 6), you don't expect to sit where you can feel the cold air come in, have people standing right next to your table as they wait for theirs and be within arms reach of the back side of the bar complete with trash cans and servers running back and forth right next to you. You also get tired of hearing "And what are you celebrating?" as the host walks by your table many, many times.
