Other than our server everything else was pathetic.
Not great. Experience was rushed, over charged, no water refilled and just a chaotic experience.
Our reservation was at 8:15 we didn’t get sat down until 9:30. Could not finish all of the courses and had to rush our meal to make it home before our babysitter had to leave. We were told the manager would come and talk to us to make it right and even asked our server to find the manager. No one ever came so we left and won’t be back.
Awful wine selection. Servers yelling “corner” is distracting and unnecessary. If the management is afraid of a lawsuit then lawyers have ruined their business.
Our waiter was rude and seemed to have a bad attitude. He kept taking our food away before we were done. Never offered to refill our drinks, and seemed annoyed if we needed anything. He dropped our to go boxes on the floor and still gave it to us. We left. We spent $160 dollars on our 20 year anniversary to be treated this way. Not a good experience.
Regularly our celebration restaurant of choice when in Salt Lake. This time our steak was so tough we couldn’t even chew it. Steak lovers left us less than fulfilled. We were also brought the wrong chocolate for dessert, but couldn’t get a server to notice or care.
I’m not one to complain about price; however, in this instance $96 for three kids meals is just a bit excessive. Also, they don’t tell you how much the kids meals are. You just get the bill.
Our waiter showed zero interest in his job. No introduction, no menu explanation, and just overall paid almost no attention to us. We had to ask for more water, our second round of drinks took a half hour. For the price of the meal, the service just doesn’t match. Time to move on to other restaurants
Used to be friendly and a wonderful spot to celebrate. We were in a dark back room, our sever was abrupt and impatient and annoyed with us that we didn't order the prix fixe menu. We asked for more bread for the cheese fondue that never came and had to turn the burner up ourselves to get it hot. We asked how long we cooked our protein and she told us to look at the back of the drink menu.
