Really a Fun experience, nice atmosphere and delicious food
Absolutely amazing. Love this place.
The melting pot has great food! I loved the experience of the different fondues. My only problems with the experience were (1) the location of our booth was right around the corner from the kitchen, so there were many servers coming past our table the whole visit. (2) the menu was difficult to understand and it was unclear which options we could take or leave. I had to read the menu like 4 times before I just made a decision and decided to see what happens. Food was good...ambiance was good as we had secluded table to ourselves! Service was a bit slow and it made for a late night!
The waiter was very unfriendly. We couldn’t hear him because he talked to softly. The food ok but very expensive for portion size. The booth was worn and looked dirty. Pretty disappointed with my visit
We had a great time on our date night. We did the 4 course meal it was plenty of food. Our waiter was very helpful and all his recommendations were great. All the food was amazing. Plan on a long meal. It took 2 hours for us but it was perfect date meal. Not hurried but also not waiting a long time for your food. There was always something on the table. It was $120 out the door for two of us but for the experience it was worth it. Don’t pass up on the chocolate!
If your partner eats like a bird then you only need one entree. This was our anniversary and there was so much food leftover.

Our waiter was rushed/rushed us and brought the wrong food for one of the party. Seemed annoyed when we asked for more sauces, and cheese dippers because we ran out before the cheese was gone. Brought the normal amounts of things for 2 people but we were a party of 4. Every time I go, I always wish there was a little more privacy for the experience.
