We usually go yearly to the Littleton Co location but we happen to be on Ut and sa one in UT. Worst decision we ever made to go to this location. Not only was it obscenely loud, staff was unprofessional- couldn't find our reservation then once they did made us wait an hour and took people before us who came in after us, it was the opposite of the one in Co. Had a gift card to spend here and decided to come for date night. I just feel that the price point doesn't match the food or experience you get here. Cheese course was great, everything else was mediocre at best. Service was also, mediocre - nice people but inattentive.
The meat came out a bit frozen which really took away from the quality when cooking. Meat should not be “cold” when cooking so really disappointed. I have been to melting pot many times and felt food quality the worst I ever had. Service atmosphere and other courses great, just not happy with experience of main course.
We love the Melting Pot and come hear often, but were sorely disappointed last night. We had a reservation for 5 and didn’t get seated until 540. The service was so slow. We sat for another 20 minutes until we were greeted. We hardly ever saw our waitress and when we did, she was so frazzled that she barely took time at the table…. The server we had, Leo, was very rude and kept making very inappropriate comments. Usually we love coming here for special occasions but this will be the last time.
Cheap ingredients dipped in cheese and chocolate. Boiled meats all shared in the same pot. High risk of cross contamination between raw meat and your eating plate. Restaurant so humid my clothes were damp and smelled of beef on the way out. Basically paying Rodizio prices to cook your own cheap American hot pot. I would not recommend it to anyone, nor do I know of anyone who's gone back.
Won't do it again. Expensive, slow, and you have to cook your own food.
Terrible service. Staffed with inexperienced servers. Food is just okay and be ready for bad service and sticker shock.
Food was okay. I’m not sure why it’s so expensive. Service was nonexistent. Brought the wrong food. Forgot our drinks and entree sauces. We barely saw her.
