Service has gone down . Customer service has too as they could not answer one question I asked relates to maintenance . I had to later connect customer service number to get all answers .

They won't stop bothering me to leave a review so here it is. Wasn't given a loaner car and I had a full day of errands and things I needed to do so that was a waste. They did provide the alto transportation back to my house and that was nice but needed a car. I've had this car for 4 MONTHS & they already had $3k+ in things I already "needed". Didn't care for my advisor and she had attitude. Spoke to me (a female) like I was the moron and didn't understand how cars work.

I did not appreciate the service that I received this time
Service manager Andrew Solis, was superb as always - really understands customer service and always delivers. Work was completed within reasonable time. However - I really loathe the new office setup - no comfort, no respect for customer privacy nor respect for the employees. Employees are clearly regarded as interchangeable parts. No personalization of workspace is possible; no secure storage for personal belongings; not even a hook to hang a jacket. It costs a fortune to get an oil change at the dealership

Usually love this place! However I took my car in because the light saiid " power steering malfunction " at random times! I got stuck at several places because my steering wheel wouldn't turn! We left it there for 3 days. We got a call saying they couldn't find anything wrong. Two days later it started again the light came on when I started the car and the power steering would budge. Not happy.
