Although they diagnosed the issue, they wanted to charge me twice the amount that it cost me to get it repaired.

They lied about my diagnosis to get me in; in hopes of me getting work done. They went from a fuse to $2500 worth of work. I'll never use them again.
I had a service appointment on January 16 or 17 to check whether the panoramic roof on my vehicle can fully open for this model. At the time of drop-off, I was not informed that there were not enough technicians available or that the inspection might take additional time. Toward the end of the day, after I called for an update in the afternoon, I was told that the technicians were sick and that they would try to work on my car the following day. your Plano dealership provided misleading and incorrect information regarding the right rear tire. I was informed that the tread depth was below 2mm; however, after having it inspected at another location, they confirmed the tread depth was above 2mm and replaced the tire under warranty. This experience was very disappointing, and I expect accurate information and better customer treatment. Appointment was great, they fit me in and did the work quickly. It wasnt until i arrived that things went wrong. Will never go back to a place that treats someone like that. I fortunately have the ability to purchase another car and so will be selling this mercedes so i never have to go back
The dealership is wonderful but the manufacturer is the absolute worst for warranty items. We had to file a law suit to get things done.

Car detail service did not dry the floor of my car so it smelled sour when I picked it up. Part of my panel was damaged.
