Usually it's a good service, But not this time. They didn't fix Tire correctly and u have to take back my car.
Disgustingly overpriced, and they were just making stuff up. For instance, they quoted us a job and marked it as "critical", then when we asked about it, they said it was for "preventative care". How is it critical and preventative. Also said we needed a full Service C job done for nearly $2k one week after we got a Service C done on our car. Quoted us $31k in total.
They told me I needed to do over $21K in work to a car worth $29K. That's laughable at best!
They told us to bring our car for 3 switch replacement. Only fix one switch but two switches they ordered was a wrong size. What an inconvenience they caused us. The distance between our house and the dealership is 1.5 hours!
I never had a service call ever at you dealership so this is how bad your service department is
Too expensive. Was qouted $2500 for ac compressor replacement when it was done for $900 at local shop.
Don't have much experience with Navigation Maps and also don't coordinate with on-line customer support. They seem to be good at other things.
