Deflated tires to 10% below MB specs; Car is dirtier than how I left it - black finger prints inside the driver door, tried to sell me rear tires claiming tread depth at 3mm when, in fact, tread depth is 4 to 5 mm, completely changed all of my display settings.
They made up a repair which was not required and would have cost us $6000.
I worked with Emma Thompson. When I brought in my vehicle I asked for 2 things to get fixed: 1. Noice while turning and 2. Fixing issue with sensors triggering (primarily the front right bumper sensor) even when not around anything. I mentioned at the time of check in while talking to Emma that if the vehicle will not be ready by EOD on Friday I would need a loaner. She mentioned this would not be a problem. I took appt at plano Dealer for a whinshiled repair as very tiny rock hit my windshield . When I went there "Martinez" sales guys said it won't get fixed and refused to give service . I said atleast I am here can please do a car wash. He was Rude, attitude issue or he was Racist. He called Eric manager he also came with same attitude but they calmed down and helped me to fix the wind shield crack . As service was done they washed my car. Shop leaves their trash inside the vehicle after working on them.
Initial sale was fine however, I was told you would pay off my final payment and termination fee on C300 lease I tuned in when buying my new car on 3.13.25 by Steven Gleason, it was even better! On 3.21.25 Steven then texted me and reneged on the promise. I told him how I felt about that, and he copped an attitude with me. Then on 3.27.25 after speaking with your GM they would honor the deal. As you should & it is still not handled completely! MDFS calling my account past due, still not handled!
Drain plug on oil pan not tightened during Service B service. Underwhelming. So lucky issue was discovered after 3 mile journey home, could have lost the engine. Got to do better.
Extremely overpriced for labor and used highly inflated labor times not disclosed but $1200 labor for oil filter housing, $1200 labor for a window regulator..... called 3 times with upsells finally I got the message. You can only skin a sheep one time and it's my last visit here. Like a casino it's no wonder it looks like the Taj Mahal
