Nice apartments, poor management The apartments are nice but the management is bad. They always Ignore calls and emails. Look for a place with better management company.

Love The complex is beautiful and office staff amazing! The manager Kassidy was very helpful. I plan to lease here at the end of the year, it’s close to my new job and to DFW Airport.

Keep looking…. You do not want to live here The property management is terrible. The grounds aren’t kept. There are loud parties, drugs etc…. When I moved in there was a good amount of marijuana being smoked… now it is hard drugs. Not one of the pedestrian gates currently works or closes correctly. I blelieve this has led to the crime in the complex, including a armed robbery recently. There are pit bulls and two that the owners I think use to fight, they aren’t trained and the owner struggles to control him…. There are dogs... read more

Verified Renter I was moved into an apartment that wasn’t cleaned. I vomited after seeing the amount of dirt in the bathroom sinks. Thick hair clusters all over the place white walls stained and unprofessionally retouched. Cabinets are cracked and floor edges are horrible to look at. Stepping out, I see trash bags piled up by the exit to the parking lot. Coming into my apartment, the outside of my door has its floor badly stained. Verified Renter I feel this is not good or friendly sensible management. They are there just to rip off tenant’s money. I don’t recommend these communities at all.

Verified Renter Honestly, my time living here started well. But about 3-4 months in to my lease things turned poor. Loud neighbors and music at all hours of the night and day. The trash issue here is wild to me. Management can push out daily trash notices, but there’s zero accountability and follow up. Management threatens fines, but those fines are never assigned because people continue to leave trash all over the hallways and at the dumpster. Verified Renter Apartment is clean and amazing, safe locality, good gym and community hall, lake side walking trails. But the apartment service is not up to the mark.

Verified Renter Trash is always left at the bottom of our stairs building 2. The gym and community areas are always dirty. Not been the best experience so far.

Verified Renter I have called the office for two months asking for a handle for our water spigot. I was told they would drop it off for me. Two months and 8 phone calls later- I’m now told they don’t give those out. So I guess I was lied to for 7 weeks. I was asking for the spigot to pressure wash the back patio that has been covered in bugs, nests, and mud since move in, and I was told months ago I was put on a list to have that cleaned.
