Verified Renter I like how quick the maintenance guys are! They get things done. I can tell the new staff are working to get things in order but I will be honest about one thing that can use work. There needs to be some kind of penalty for people who don’t pick up after their dogs. It’s gross. Please start enforcing it. :(

Verified Renter Elia was so nice and helped me moved in love the apartment and everything here. Everything was how I expected it to be. I love the amenities and everything here the move In process was very smooth.

Verified Renter Overall a pretty good experience there has however been multiple problems with some of the services the apartment provides that the residents have the option to pay for or not. Some residents who have paid for these services particularly the trash butler were not receiving the services and the complex was trying to fine them.

Verified Renter Mercer 1900 Community is great and maintained very well. I would definitely recommend if anyone wants to move in here. They use an app to open garage and apartment door which is very useful

Verified Renter Excellent neighborhood. Quiet and safe. The pool is clean. The club house is beautiful and have so space. The gym have many equipment to make exercises.
