Verified Renter So far so good. Only thing I wish it had was elevators. The staff try to be helpful, but I recommend they have someone in office to actually answer calls.

Verified Renter Mercer 1900 has been extremely thoughtful and attentive to our needs. The maintenace team is fabulous, handling any problem very promptly and kindly. They are real wizards. And the staff is very human, nice, understanding and compassionate. They are really spacious on the inside and have nice backyards. Mercer 1900 really maintains everything inside and out to keep it looking pretty. Don't settle I have lived her for 2 years, when I first moved here in 2020 it was amazing. The office staff was nice, fun, and did whatever they could to make sure your needs were met. Once Bell Partners showed up it went down the drain. We are supposed to live in a "gated community" yet the gates are always broken. We pay for amenities and those are broken too. If you ever need to reach the office good luck, no one answers the phone and when you go in to talk to someone there is always a sign on the door saying they will be... read more

Too bad maintainence and filthy very bad maintenance and filthy everwhere, we see trash being seen in all the places we walk around. The lawn and plants are dying without water and everywhere is too much dust hallways and stairs are too filthy.. and look nasty. Even though its new apartment maintenance its almost 0 zero. no response from the leasing office and they don't care what you post...

Horrible complex! Apartments are filthy. Complex wants to raise rent, but can’t keep up with the apartments. Trash throughout the complex. People do not care where they leave their trash and office do not care enough to make sure property is maintained. Only care about raising the rent. Management claim that there will be someone to come out to clean the complex and breezeways, but it has been months and apparently they still can’t find a “company” to come out to clean… if they are even looking for one. Avoid Bell Partners at all costs! Since Bell Partners has taken over this property it has gone straight downhill. Everything from cleaning common areas (hallways, stairs, amenities, etc), landscaping, the pool, the caliber of residents, everything is so much worse. You can absolutely find better value and a company that makes an effort to provide a nice community rather than line their own pockets at your expense.
