Verified Renter Very frustrating in my first month! The day I moving in , they cannot provide me a Key, so many cockroaches and they charge for pest control, residents dont pick up after their dogs. Gates always broken, not security

Verified Renter Trevor and the other workers have helped make my move super easy. I love the unit and have no complaints about parking space or apartment amenities. Living anywhere is expensive right now but I think you are getting a good band for your buck at Mercer 1900. Cheaper than most of the surrounding apartments without losing the boujee feel.

Verified Renter The community is great! They recently put turf on all the lawns and it makes the apartments look much better. The only negatives (and nothing really outside of these) are: the landscapers tend to let the weeds get really long, the trash valet people get lazy, and there’s not a lot of community events.
