the only thing nice is your apartment After living here a little over a year I have a more realistic review. The apartments are nice but thats where the luxury ends. I resigned my lease with false advertising of no rent increase. Well, it went up. After 4-5 emails directly to both the leasing office and leasing manager - they have not replied. Nice apartments, poor management The apartments are nice but the management is bad. They always Ignore calls and emails. Look for a place with better management company.

Love The complex is beautiful and office staff amazing! The manager Kassidy was very helpful. I plan to lease here at the end of the year, it’s close to my new job and to DFW Airport.

Keep looking…. You do not want to live here The property management is terrible. The grounds aren’t kept. There are loud parties, drugs etc…. When I moved in there was a good amount of marijuana being smoked… now it is hard drugs. Not one of the pedestrian gates currently works or closes correctly. I blelieve this has led to the crime in the complex, including a armed robbery recently. There are pit bulls and two that the owners I think use to fight, they aren’t trained and the owner struggles to control him…. There are dogs... read more
