We couldn’t be happier with both the hard flooring and carpet we purchased from Jim. Jim’s selection of products is second to none as well as his industry knowledge. Aside from two upstairs baths, we redid every piece of flooring in our home which was a huge project. Both crews were fantastic in particular Dan and Cowboy. To say it was the complete opposite from a big box store sub contractor is an under statement. They took amazing care and detail in their work. If there were 10 stars, we would give them to Mercer!
Our salesman Alex showed us exactly what we wanted for our project. The flooring and step and riser install team of Jeff and Dion and the carpet install team were on time and did an outstanding job.
Our carpets look beautiful. Our carpet installers did an excellent job. We couldn’t believe how hard and efficiently they worked. Never believed they could do it in three days but they did.
The price was great with all cost written out in detail. Best was the installation team, which worked weekends so not to disrupt our business. The installation team went above and beyond to make sure the job was done to the highest standards.

This would be 5 stars but for the process we took to select the color of the carpet. Our rep was helpful in coming to the house twice (only once during my presence there) however my point then that the carpet color would a) clash with the kitchen flooring, and b) not mesh with warm colors in the rest of the room, I feel was not given credence. In order now to mesh the light blue carpet with brown flooring and warm tan tones in the rest of the family room, I had to purchase/install area carpet, and we may have to paint walls,... read more
The staff was great. The installation was amazing. The contractor was very accommodating since we had a emergency hot water heater change. We love the floors!
