Very professional installation and both our installers were on time very nice and there craftsmanship was outstanding. They completely cleaned and vacuumed all their work they did which was a real compliment to them and there company. Mercer Floor company just sent us a letter saying if we ever need anything please call.
Jim and his team at Mercer Floors did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone in need of floor coverings at home or work.

I love the product and love the installer Dan Berg. He is very professional. However, I will never recommend your rude and obnoxious salesman John Clayton. He needs to learn how to deal with people and not make them feel like you are an interruption to his day. It was great working with Mercer to have new vinyl flooring installed in the first level of our home (kitchen, foyer, dining room, study, back exit and laundry room). From plan to installation, the project went smoothly. Thanks to their truly skilled craftsman, we got the look we wanted and we were able to avoid removing some old flooring which saved us $$. The sales part was not a good experience. We were constantly told the price was all inclusive and not given any options. We asked for an itemized cost but were told that is not offered. The installers told us we got an upgraded pad. This was never communicated to us. The entire sales process was not transparent compared to others we have worked with.
I had floors installed in August of 2020 and noticed a number of issues following the completion. I contacted Jim at Mercer and it took almost a week before they bothered to get back to me. Jeff came out, took a look and agreed that there were several problems. When they came out to fix the problems, they did not finish the work and actually made one area worse.
