I recently had some extensive water damage in my home that required the replacement of the carpet in all four bedrooms of my home. I dealt with John, and he guided me through everything so professionally (including how to handle my insurance company's estimate for the carpet replacement, and they agreed with John!). He was incredibly supportive and gave me great advice about color selection (beige can be really tricky). The installation was awesome. The finished product exceeded my expectations. The installers were professional and obviously are very experienced. My negative comment has to do with the cleanup. There were scraps of cardboard and materials laying around. There was a layer of dust over the entire finished flooring ad on my dining room table. If I had not left the protector on the table, there likely would have been damage. I did not notice this until after the team had left, otherwise I would have brought it to their at... read more

The sales person was very thorough. The installers were great--finished early and thoroughly cleaned up the job site. I consider the entire project reasonably priced and perfectly executed.
Sales person was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful in making our purchase decision easy and fast. Installation team was respectful, skilled and did excellent work. We will recommend Mercer to friends.
The customer service I experienced with Mick and his co-workers was the best I have ever received! Mick went above and beyond my expectations with assisting me select my flooring. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!
Mick, salesman, and the installers were superb! I had new vinyl flooring installed in my kitchen, dining and living rooms areas. Absolutely beautiful! All of them went above and beyond! This has been the best customer service I have ever received from a vendor and their employees. I would highly recommend them!

We engaged Mercer Carpet to install new hardwood floors and carpets in our townhouse. A major part of the project was to remove the carpet from 3 flights of steps and rebuild them with hardwood. Overall, Mercer did an incredible job. The finish project is just beautiful. Having worked with other firms in the past we found that Mercer offered a very good selection of materials at competitive prices.
