We had new carpeting installed in our second floor. Katlin was awesome with in-home selection. Installation team was excellent. They moved all the furniture and put everything back. I highly recommend Mercer Carpet one.
The Crew was great and very accommodating. Unfortunately we did not get the trim we ordered and stain was splashed onto our radiators. After emailing about the mistakes no communication was returned.
Fast help in the store directed to a perfect carpet for what we wanted. The install was on time fast and looks perfect. Thanks

That is why I called Mercer One when I needed new carpet again, because I knew their service would be as excellent as their product. Abd we LOVE the new carpet!
The carpet and wood floor installers were exceptional. They were professional, pleasant and thorough. They cleaned all the mess up prior to leaving and were very careful in moving the furniture. I would HIGHLY recommend Mercer carpet for anyone. We actually got a quote from another carpet company that was $3500 less than Mercer but we knew the quality and customer service of Mercer Carpet, as they installed our first carpet 23 years ago.
