Our experience hasn't been exactly great. Our sales counselor hasn't provided us information in a timely manner nor has it been complete. Our appointment was scheduled for the Design Center and after being there nearly 3 hours, we were told we needed to confirm our selections; we were surprised that we needed to make our selection after the first visit to the DC. This community is the BEST. The first time we walked into the sales office we knew this was where we wanted to be. We had walked into SEVERAL developments and none came close to Meritage. Meritage is very warm and welcoming and amazing to work with. We were stuck in a lease and they made it so we wouldn't have to pay anything to break it as well as giving us more than what we thought in incentives for the new house. Highly recommend working with Jennifer. Shes incredible.
