Our experience was Great! The Meritage sales person was knowledgeable about the builder, the house structure itself and not pushy. The houses sell themselves. Great layout, good base house options available and lots have a great view of the mountains.

From the time we inquired we were greeted with amazing and helpful people. Margaret with Arcadia Ridge community was the best, she explained everything in the smallest detail and answered every question no matter how ridiculous we thought it was. Thank you Meritage!!!

Pasquale Natale was my very patient and helpful sales counselor. He did not hesitate to please us in all our requests and was always available to explain and show us all the model homes. He has a great sense of humor, and was very knowledgeable of the characteristics and advantages of the neighborhood surrounding The Arbors at Meadow Woods.. We visited the development 3 times and he was always very helpful. Love the experience.
