I am a first time home buyer and didn’t really know what to expect when visiting a builder. I met with Adam Hede at the Tribute Model. Adam was knowledgeable and had answers to ever question I had. Adam was willing to show me homes still being built or the different packages in the homes. Adam was understanding when I changed my mind on different packages. Thanks to Adam my first time home buying experience was easy and simple.

I liked the Meritage Home Del Rio Model Elevation E, the most, but at a location close to my work place near UCF. However, no such model is offered by Meritage in that area, even I waited for more than a year for it at HAwks Crest, but to my disappointment, no such Elevation model was offered at Hawks Crest. I pleaded many times for such a model at Hawks crest, but no consideration was given to my requests. The only decent location offered for such model is at Estate at Parkside.
