My family and I had a wonderful experience with Victor! He is just an amazing salesperson. He is very knowledgeable about all the pertinent information about Meritage homes and he presented it to us in a loving, friendly, and respectful manner. He calmed our fears and answered all our questions! He was exceedingly patient with us as we considered various different options. He is a great asset to Meritage! Keep up the good work Victor!!!

Experience was excellent all of the way ,we did find it strange only when you made a deposit only then Meritage was willing to get you detailed pricing and upgrades sitting with the design team to get a real upgrade price , i also offered to pay for the design teams time prior to contract but there was no response. We hope that our upgrades don't put us way over than what we actually wanted to Spend, this is constructive criticism for Meritage in my opinion We shopped 5 builders in West Palm Beach Meritage was by far the bes... read more
