Looking at new builds since we moved to Az. from Md. Visited couple other builders developments before getting to a Meritage one. Only shopped Meritage from then on. With the way you folks have most of upgrade package worked out to the friendliness of the agent(s) we worked with, A+ experience! From list price to maxing out just about every upgrade that we wanted we only added on a few thousand where others (builders) were in the neighborhood of adding $20,000. Thanks!!!

The home is lovely as we absolutely love our home and the design. It is very spacious and personable. We LOVE it! The design is like no other home we have seen and the landscape is beautiful. We love the fireplace and it really kicks out heat which we love, our dogs love it too as they sit by the fireplace and take naps! We love the separate heating and cooling system per floors so that we are not wasting heat or air if we are not in that area and it saves us money. The windows are great and easy to clean!
